Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Alternate Director of Nursing (ADON) position in the Beaumont area.
Job Description:
The ADON will supervise staff, facilitate IDT meetings, and inform staff of new policies and procedures. The Alternate Director of Nursing will assist with recruitment, retention, and training of the nurses and other clinical staff, and in giving direction and guidance to all patient care services.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
- 5+ years’ experience as an RN with management experience - required
- BSN degree or five years of equivalent management experience - required
- Experience with Hospice or home health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
