Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) position in the Houston area.
Job Description:
The hospice CNA works in a LTC setting and provides general medical care and treatment to patients in personal care homes, nursing home and other facilities under the direction of an RN; by performing the following duties.
Qualifications:
- Licensed CNA in the State of Texas - required
- Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Long Term Care
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- A High School diploma or general education degree
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
- Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
