Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time On-Call Weekdays Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position in the Lake Charles area.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the following job duties: Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Louisiana - required
- 1+ years' experience as a RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel using reliable transportation
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
