Job Description:

This position is responsible for the diverse duties of the Purchasing and Fleet Coordinator positions. This includes but is not limited to all of the following: processing orders from various site locations, generate PO, collect packing slips to match to PO, and entering invoices into the accounting software. This position also counts, folds, and packages apparel throughout the year. This also includes shipping various items daily. This position will coordinate with drivers regarding current insurance cards, fuel receipts, driving logs, and keeping accurate maintenance records of the fleet. This position will reconcile fuel and maintenance invoices, as well as, generating lease invoices monthly. This position coordinates with the leasing company, drivers for repairs, and the maintenance of fleet vehicles; coordinates with the insurance agency in event of accidents involving company vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school degree or general equivalence degree
• Must demonstrate knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all ages
• Must demonstrate knowledge of computers accounting software
• Effective written and verbal communication
• The ability to travel using reliable transportation
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
