Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Regional Human Resource Business Partner position in the Houston area.
Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position offers a unique opportunity to build foundational experience in both training and HR strategy while contributing directly to employee success and organizational growth. It combines foundational Human Resources responsibilities with employee training and development initiatives. This role supports and partners closely with the Director of Leadership and Development, Regional HR Business Partners, and Hospice Administrators to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience across multiple agency sites within the Harbor Healthcare System. In addition to supporting employee training and development, this role will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to local leadership teams on core HR matters, including employee relations and performance management, and provide guidance to employees on HR concerns to improve HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required
- 1–3 years of relevant HR or training experience preferred; internships or practicum experience considered
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and LMS platforms is a plus
- Must possess a current State driver's license and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
- Ability to pass a background clearance check and pre-employment drug test screen.
- May be required to have a TB testing and physical exam.
