Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time LVN Scheduling Coordinator position in the Beaumont area.
Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and managing patient visit schedules for clinical staff. Works closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- An active Texas LVN License
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Home Health office work experience
- Associates of Applied Science Degree in Data Processing or related field (preferred)
- Must have two or more years of experience in scheduling experience (preferred)
- Must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Must be able to plan/organize/distribute supplies and orders with speed and accuracy
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
