Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Clinic Manager position in the Vidor area.
Job Description:
This position will coordinate personnel within their department, comply with governmental regulations for the health care industry, help with daily operations, assisting Doctors, patients, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associates degree or the equivalent experience
consisting of two - three years of management experience related to health care services - Demonstration of knowledge and appropriate skills for communicating with all ages and position
- EMR Experience and the ability to train staff
- Required Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Certified and Registered Medical Assistant (MA)
- Must be organized, detail orientated, and efficient
- Participate in data collection and assembly for reports
- Facilitate communication between physicians and executives
- Actively participate in department committees/group meetings
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
